The bundled per-user, per-month price covers everything in your selected tier — helpdesk, monitoring, patching, security tools, backups, and licensing. Predictable, budget-friendly, no surprise mid-month invoices.
One-time work, migrations, hardware deployments, and consulting bills hourly at clear, scoped rates. Every project gets a written SOW. You approve the scope before a single billable hour is logged.

Per-user, per-month bundled pricing across three tiers (Knight, Guardian, Sentinel). The bundled fee covers your tier's included services, tooling, and licensing pass-throughs. Add-ons are itemized as separate recurring line items when your environment calls for them. Project work bills hourly under a written SOW.
Our Master Service Agreement is reviewed together during onboarding. The default term is month-to-month after an initial onboarding period, with reasonable notice requirements. We're a premium provider — we want to earn your business every month, not lock you in.
We'll discuss fit during your assessment. Our tools and processes scale, but very small environments may be better served by a different engagement model. We'll tell you honestly during the conversation.
Stack deployment (RMM, PSA, EDR, documentation, backup, M365 alignment), environment documentation in your dedicated Hudu workspace, knowledge transfer, and go-live runbook. Onboarding is scoped as a fixed-price project separate from recurring service fees.
Add-ons are priced per-seat, per-device, or per-environment depending on the tool. SentinelOne EDR, Huntress ITDR, Auvik network monitoring, and Microsoft Sentinel SIEM are the most common. We quote transparent pass-through rates plus the management layer required to operate them.
Our pricing is already structured for premium value rather than discount competition. That said, environment-driven efficiencies (multi-year terms, annual prepay, bundled add-ons) can produce meaningful savings. Ask during your assessment.
Knight and Guardian helpdesk operates during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8a–6p Mountain Time. Sentinel tier includes 24/7 Security Operations Center coverage for incident response. After-hours helpdesk for non-security issues is available as an add-on.
